"Marge in Charge"

In memory of Marge Grover co-founder and co-chairman of the Alpine Mountain Days Celebration from 1990 to 2005. She possessed the talents and leadership ability to develop and organize one of the largest week-end celebrations in the state of Wyoming.

The moment has come to honor the memory of Alpine's Marge Grover. Marge died in an automobile wreck on August 18,2005. There is not a more perfect time to unveil her sign and dedicate the park next to the Alpine Civic Center to her than as a kick-off for Alpine's Mountain Days Celebration!!!
Marge was one of the original planners of this very successful and well attended event. She and Jan Rollins co-chaired this event for 17 years. No one knows how much this event, and those who participated in and attended it, meant to them. It was their BABY. Rollins said she knows Marge is smiling down on everyone and is so humbled by this honor. The dedication will take place at 10:00am on Friday, June 15th, at 10:00am. Everyone is invited to attend, then go with Marge to the Mountain Days Celebration!
